 Special discounts are available for groups of 25 or more. More people means a better discount, so call the Tides office today to start planning your business, church, social group, youth team or friends and family's "Night at the Ballpark"! Click here for more information on how to save money on concessions while your group is at Harbor Park.
Call the Tides' Group Sales Office at 622-2222 (ext. 103 or 171) to select a date, a minimum of two weeks in advance (subject to availability).

On the date of your event, your group name will appear on the electronic message center in left field.
If your group has 400 people or more, you will have the opportunity of designating "your celebrity" to throw out ceremonial first pitch for the game from the pitcher's mound. Additionally, you may hang a pre-approved banner in a designated area of Harbor Park.
MILITARY GROUP DISCOUNTS:
There is no doubt that the military is one of the key ingredients in the Hampton Roads community. Therefore, the Norfolk Tides also offer special miliarty group rates. This special offer is for ACTIVE duty military and their dependents only!

Your group will receive a "welcome" announcement on the ESPN Radio 1310 game broadcast. Your group's name will also appear on the electronic message center in left field.
HOW TO SET UP YOUR GROUP NIGHT AT THE BALLPARK
1) Call the Tides' Group Sales Office at 622-2222 (ext. 103 or 171) to select a date, a minimum of two weeks in advance (subject to availability). Please be prepared to give a close estimate of the number of people attending. We recommend booking well in advance!
2) Provide a required non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $1.00 per ticket within 72 hours of placing the reservation. We accept checks, cash, MasterCard and VISA. The Tides reserve the right to cancel any Group not paying their deposit in a timely manner or for any considered valid reason. Deposits apply to final balance.
3) Your final ticket count is due ten days in advance of your scheduled outing. (Tickets will not be added once final count has been processed) Payment balance and ticket pickup is expected seven (7) days in advance of your date. After that, any additional tickets must be purchased at full price, in person, at the main ticket window at Harbor Park. We cannot guarantee that the additional seats will be with the original group.
4) Lastly, enjoy your visit to Harbor Park and enjoy the game! Go Tides!.
In the event that your date is postponed, we will attempt to work with you to reschedule your event. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HOLD ON TO ALL OF YOUR TICKETS BECAUSE THEY WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED TO BE RESCHEDULED! If no satisfactory group date is available, your rainchecks will be honored for any remaining non-restricted regular season home game during that season. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.
